Computers are a bit like cars or people. They act up, perplex, and when the break down  they are worrisome to fix.
You most likely have no clue what's wrong, otherwise why would you be calling me? And therefore there is always the fear
that you'll be gouged when the bill arrives. Fear not, I wont give you any runarounds or try to sell you some software
that you don't need. I'll treat you like I'd like to be treated. (except that I wouldn't pay someone to fix my computer ;)
